Contact one of our locations for all parts returns requests.

PARTS RESTOCKING AND WARRANTY POLICY
--Parts sold over the counter have a 6 month warranty.  This excludes batteries, non-John Deere items, software, and Reman AC Compressors.
--Parts installed by our Service Dept now have a 12 month warranty for ag parts and 6 month for turf parts.
--Minimum restocking fee of 15%.
--All returned parts must be uninstalled and in saleable condition.
--Returned parts must be in original, undamaged packaging and returnable to John Deere.
--All installed electrical parts are not returnable.
